Breathing (Continued)
Saturday I discussed some ideas on breathing during your workout. Static breathing is what you use while attempting a heavy lift (expand belly, hold breath and brace) and dynamic is what you want to use during your metcons (emphasize exhaling, no holding your breath). Took the opportunity and did the extra programming. Hit good numbers for the sets of 15 back squats and shot for unbroken sets with the pull ups with success. I appreciate anything that will make me a better athlete. Reap the benefits and do your programming people! Thank you coach Bobby!
