If you'd like to specialize or improve your Olympic weightlifting technique, our dedicated barbell club meets regularly to push the limits of our strength and to refine the technique that'll make you more explosive and efficient.

Sometimes you just want to lift heavy. Well, then, this class is for you. Good for all ages, this is a great way to increase your strength and to prepare you for years of sustained fitness by building a solid physical & mental foundation. (Included)
YOGA & MOBILITY CLASSES
We fully understand the need for proper mobility and how it relates to your long term heath and fitness goals. Along with proper diet, intelligently programmed workouts, and rest, we have your best balanced body in mind. (Included)
Periodically, we'll run TRIBE-wide health challenges meant to help kick start your journey towards lifelong fitness. We run 30-day and 90-day challenges in the past, both just as successful as the other. These events can easily become life changing events for some - disguised as fun, community building, eye opening health challenges. If you are looking to drop some weight, decrease body fat %, improve performance, or just build good habits for you and your loved ones, these challenges are great ways to get started. (Included)

WODIFY PERFORMANCE TRACKING

At times we invite experts in their field to hold special seminars at our facilities. Olympic lifting, jump roping experts, gymnasts, strongmen, amongst others will be invited to expose you to new forms of exercise, play, & fitness.
