$99 Introductory month
Your first month will be comprised of two 2-week periods.
First Two Weeks: Fundamentals. You will enjoy 6 classes that are designed to introduce you to our methodology. We will cover the basics of movement, terminology, gym etiquette, and class structure. You will gain a foundation for gymnastics, weightlifting, and monostructural movements.
Second Two Weeks: You call it. After completing the Fundamentals Program, we invite you to try any regular CrossFit class that we have to offer. You can find our class times and schedule HERE.
what to expect as a beginner:
SAFETY: We will always assure safe movement. If you have any limitations (due to injuries, surgeries, etc.), please inform us so we can plan for better movement patterns.
MODIFICATION: In CrossFit, every movement and every workout is scalable which means we will meet you where you are in your fitness journey. Our intention is to move you forward by improving your skills, making you stronger, and encouraging self growth.
ACCEPTANCE: CrossFit is suitable for everyone. Here at TRIBE if you are willing to work hard, you will fit right in.
