STEP 1:

Come for a FREE one hour assessment that is designed to answer all your questions about CrossFit & the Tribe and give you a quick introduction to how we do things at Tribe!  In addition, we will run you through a quick nutrition & fitness assessment and scalable workout.   After the FREE session, you will schedule three (3) one-on-sessions over a two week period with one of our certified CrossFit coaches.

STEP 2:

All individuals who are new to CrossFit, regardless of previous athletic background, will take THREE (3) one-on-one sessions with one of Tribe’s certified CrossFit coaches.  These sessions are designed to go over the basic techniques and skills necessary for maintaining safety and maximizing results once you start attending our group classes. Each session will cover a number of fundamental movements & concepts, and conclude with a WOD (Workout Of the Day) scaled adequately to your skill and fitness level!  The cost for all three sessions is $199.

DECEMBER/JANUARY SPECIAL $149

STEP 3:

At the completion of the three one-on-one sessions, you can select one of the following options:

Enjoy the remainder of your first month on us!  (Your month begins on the day of your first PAID one-on-one session.)

Setup an additional one-on-one session for a discounted rate ($50)

Have a coach stay with you during one class for a discounted rate. ($20)

 

STEP 4:

Once you’ve completed the fundamental process and the rest of your free month, you can choose from one the following membership options and your account will be charged automatically on your one month anniversary!

One time 3-month contract special rate of $149/month (auto renews to 12-month contract at the conclusion of the 3-months)

6-month contract rate of $164/month

12-month contract rate of $149/month

NOTE: A month-to-month rate is also available at the conclusion of the initial 3-months for $179/month.  You must inform us when you sign-up or via email 15 days prior to the expiration of your 3-month contract that you would like to switch to the month-to-month rate.

Once you complete the fundamentals process and sign-up for a Tribe membership, you will receive all the following benefits:

Personal nutrition consultation that you can implement right away!

A Tribal buddy - one of our longstanding members (preferably someone who works out during the time(s) you plan on working out) who can help you get acclimated to the Tribe & answer any other questions you might have. 

Two follow-up “check-ins” with your fundamentals coach during the first month of your membership. 

One mentoring session with your fundamentals coach after you complete your first 3 months of your membership.

Safety

We will always assure safe movement. If you have any limitations (due to injuries, surgeries, etc.), please inform us so we can plan for better movement patterns.

In CrossFit, every movement and every workout is scalable which means we will meet you where you are in your fitness journey. Our intention is to move you forward by improving your skills, making you stronger, and encouraging self growth.
