A 60 minute Evaluation includes a physical exam, posture & movement screening, testing for muscle weakness
Determine which areas of the body need work or attention
Set a plan, determine whether your body is in need of the help of a physical therapist, a personal trainer or self-care work
You may receive all the information you need from a single physical therapy evaluation.
Complete follow up sessions if needed
30 or 60 minute customized sessions geared to further address; pain, muscle overcompensation, inflammation, poor movement patterns
Exercises to target muscle imbalances, tightness and/or weakness
Manual therapy techniques to address pain, swelling and muscle dysfunction

No! Shelby is considered an out of network provider
She is able to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance upon request
