Without Equipment
For Time:
50 Odd Object Deadlifts
50 Sit-Ups
50 Alt Forward Lunges
50 Odd Object Thrusters
*Switch Db every 5 reps when applicable
** If using a pack, perform deadlifts and thrusters using both arms
*** If using a barbell, sub for deadlifts and thrusters
