*After each set: 50 Air Squat Hops Over Dumbbell

Without Equipment:

Plank Shoulder Taps (L+R=1)*

*After each set: 50 Jumping Air Squats
-If you have a KB you can sub that for a DB.

-If you have a barbell you can sub for that as well
