New to CrossFit?

Step 1

Schedule a quick 15 minute introductory phone call to answer all of your questions about CrossFit & the Tribe. After that, we will schedule you for a FREE assessment for an introduction on how we do things at Tribe. During the assessment, we will run you through a quick fitness & movement assessment and scalable workout. After the free session, you will sign-up up for CrossFit Basics and schedule the first of your three (3) one-on-one sessions with one of our certified CrossFit coaches.

Step 2

All individuals who are new to CrossFit, regardless of previous athletic background, will take THREE (3) one-on-one sessions with one of Tribe’s certified CrossFit coaches. These sessions are designed to go over the basic techniques and skills necessary for maintaining safety and maximizing results once you start attending our group classes. Each session will cover a number of fundamental movements & concepts, and conclude with a WOD (Workout Of the Day) scaled adequately to your skill and fitness level! The three sessions are included in the CrossFit Basics Introductory Month Membership for $250.

Step 3

At the completion of the three one-on-one sessions, you can select one of the following options:

Enjoy the remainder of your first month on us! (Your month begins on the day of your first PAID one-on-one session.)


Setup an additional one-on-one session for a discounted rate ($50)


Have a coach stay with you during one class for a discounted rate. ($20)

Step 4

Once you’ve completed the fundamental process and the rest of your free month, you can choose from one the following membership options and your account will be charged automatically on your one month anniversary!

One time 3-month contract special rate of $175/month with unlimited classes (auto renews to $200/month month-to-month)


10 classes per month at a rate of $175/month (month-to-month)


Unlimited classes per month at a rate of $200/month (month-to-month)
