Tribe Running Club

If you are training for a marathon, half marathon, Spartan, or just want a way to improve your overall endurance systematically and efficiently, then Tribe Running Club is for you. Following the methodology of high intensity interval training, this program will get you conditioned and keep you injury free from all those miles that traditional (and outdated) endurance training that was taught in the past. (Included in CrossFit membership)



If you would like to specialize in or improve your Olympic weightlifting technique (i.e. clean and jerk, snatch), our barbell club meets regularly to push the limits of strength and to refine the technique that'll make you more explosive and efficient. Our USAW weightlifting certified coaches will fine tune your Oly lifting technique.  (Additional cost)


Just want to lift heavy? Then this class is for you. Good for all ages, this is a great way to increase your strength and to prepare you for years of sustained fitness by building a solid physical & mental foundation. Competing in the USAPL and a certified USAPL Club.(Included in CrossFit membership)

Tribe kids/teens brand x method & barbell

CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit. It is entirely geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population (neurological, cognitive, motor). The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play: pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained and certified CrossFit Kids trainers. Our workouts will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory, Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. With workouts that are scalable, CrossFit Kids can equally benefit a person who is less active or an accomplished athlete by tailoring workouts so that each participant is challenged just enough to deliver measurable results and personal athletic progress.

Periodically, we'll run TRIBE-wide health challenges meant to help kick start your journey towards lifelong fitness. We run 30-day and 90-day challenges in the past, both just as successful as the other. These events can easily become life changing events for some - disguised as fun, community building, eye opening health challenges. If you are looking to drop some weight, decrease body fat %, improve performance, or just build good habits for you and your loved ones, these challenges are great ways to get started. (Included)



Everyone has their own specific goals and we want to make sure you reach them. If you have a special goal in mind, we can help - body composition change, personal training, injury rehabilitation, sport specific training, and more, are all available.


You can track your progress and your gains through our electronic tracking system. Now you'll have the proof that all the hard work you've been putting in is producing results. Check-in, log your scores, track the change. (Included)



At times we invite experts in their field to hold special seminars at our facilities. Olympic lifting, jump roping experts, gymnasts, strongmen, amongst others will be invited to expose you to new forms of exercise, play, & fitness.
