I did my first CrossFit workout in 2009 and immediately dove into the methodology. I followed the main site WOD’s and created a garage gym equipped with a cheaply made med ball, one kettlebell, some weights, and a lot of running. I would watch video after video in an attempt to learn all that I could. I loved it right from the start. I saw the efficacy of this “new” workout trend as it benefited my life not only in each workout, but in the rest of my life too. I noticed that I just felt better overall. In 2014, I got my CF-L1 certificate. I walked into Tribe for the first time in December 2015 and began my coaching career. I recently got my CF-L2 cert and continue to grow as an athlete and coach. My main goal as a coach is to help others improve any facet of their overall health (physical, mental, social, etc.).
