A familiar face around the gym, Dr. Reccord has been an athlete at Tribe since 2015 (not to mention Tribe Athlete of the Year in 2016!). With the importance of athletics being instilled at a young age, she participated in a variety of sports growing up. She discovered CrossFit shortly after graduating with her bachelor’s degree and never looked back. Her own experience as a patient of chiropractic care throughout her athletic endeavors led her to pursue her Doctorate degree. Dr. Reccord’s extensive athletic background and continued passion for fitness give her the insight into providing patients of all activity levels with the means and care to optimize health.
When she’s not in the office, you’re guaranteed to find her lifting as part of our Barbell Club or jumping in on a CrossFit class! She continues to compete locally in Olympic Weightlifting and has qualified and lifted in the American Open Series twice.
“The Tribe community has been there for me in more ways than I can count. It’s more than just coming in and getting a workout in. It’s been my home away from home and a way for me to express myself in my truest form with some of my best friends. Each member and coach inspire me daily, and it’s an honor and a blessing to be able to help those express themselves optimally in the gym as well as daily life! Our bodies are beautiful, hard working machines… and the fact that we are able to challenge and improve those machines through fitness is something I’m grateful for every single day. As a chiropractor, my goal is to assist you in those challenges, to keep you improving, and making sure that machine is always ready to go!”
