10 Burpee Pull-Ups

20 Alternating DB Snatches (50/35)

30 Reverse Db Lunges (L=R=2)
IF using ring rows, perform 10 burpees then 10 ring rows.

Lunges are alternating and are to be performed with the DB in the “goblet” position
