CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.
Tribe Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population (neurological, cognitive, motor). Following specifically the Brand X Method, we program our workouts using functional movements and exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play-pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained and certified CrossFit Kids and BrandX Method Trainers.
If you would like to specialize in or improve your Olympic weightlifting technique (i.e. clean and jerk, snatch), our barbell club meets regularly to push the limits of strength and to refine the technique that’ll make you more explosive and efficient. Our USAW weightlifting certified coaches will fine tune your Oly lifting technique (Additional Cost).

Tribal Elders is a program for folks over the age of 60. It is a dynamic, fun and safe exercise program geared towards inspiring those who are living a sedentary lifestyle to get moving and become more independent.
Tribal Elders program includes a movement screening/evaluation done by Shelby, our physical therapist, a one-on-one session with a designated personal trainer and a month membership to the Elders program.
We believe that recovery is just as important, if not more important, as working out itself. That is why we have our own in-house physical therapist, chiropractor, and offer weekly yoga classes to help our athletes recover and get their minds and bodies right!
Barbell Basics is a way for us to standardize barbell coaching, from teens to adults. Barbell Basics is a prerequisite to our Barbell Club Program or a way for you to become proficient with Olympic lifts. Barbell Basics is 8 one-on-one personal training sessions (or small group) that you schedule with a barbell coach. (Additional Cost)
Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our CrossHiit and CrossFit classes with the option to work with our in house nutrition coach. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) coaches. Our quarterly 6-week challenges are a great way kick start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.
Look no further than our CrossFit, Olympic lifting, power lifting classes. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger athlete both mentally and physically. We also offer all day open gym to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or sport specific programming.

If you’re an older athlete or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with us. Our On-Ramp classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
